We're looking for an experienced Account Manager / Project Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients while helping grow the agency through new business development and strategic partnerships. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and has exceptional organizational, communication, and sales skills. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and service.Coordinate projects between clients and internal creative teams, including designers, developers, photographers, videographers, and marketing specialists.Create project timelines, monitor deadlines, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.Lead client meetings, gather project requirements, and communicate action items to the internal team.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.Review creative deliverables before client presentation to ensure quality and consistency.Identify opportunities to grow existing client accounts through additional branding, marketing, web development, photography, videography, SEO, and digital advertising services.Assist in generating new business through networking, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.Participate in sales meetings, discovery calls, client presentations, and proposal development.Prepare estimates, proposals, statements of work, invoices, and project documentation.Maintain project information and timelines using Asana.Work alongside leadership to prioritize agency workload and allocate resources efficiently.Help maintain a positive client experience by proactively solving problems and communicating updates. Minimum 1 year of experience in account management, project management, sales, marketing, advertising, or a related field.Previous experience working within a creative agency is strongly preferred.Proven ability to build client relationships and identify business development opportunities.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Experience preparing proposals, estimates, or client presentations is preferred.Comfortable with networking, prospecting, and participating in the sales process.Experience using Asana or similar project management software.Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, website development, SEO, social media management, photography, videography, and creative production is preferred.Proficient with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a creative team.
