Account Supervisor

Real FiG Advertising & Marketing is seeking a driven and self-motivated individual with digital marketing agency experience to lead select client accounts in a customer-facing role. Account Supervisors provide strategic leadership on their accounts and manage multi-disciplinary projects across the agency by partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Being proactive, extremely organized, and highly communicative with honed problem-solving skills is the name of the game.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Financial health of the account including profitability and growthStrategic oversight that ensures the work is achieving client business goalsBuild strong relationships with client-side teamIdentify and pursue areas of account growth opportunityMotivate and drive a production team which includes, but is not limited to, SEO specialists, digital ad specialists, graphic designers, web developers. copy-writers, and external vendors and sub-contractorsCreate campaign timelines and manage milestones to ensure a timely and successful delivery in adherence to project deadlinesOwn the responsibility of task delegation and ensuring all parties are contributing to a project in a timely fashion to ultimately meet deadlinesNavigate competing priorities and ensure critical tasks are completed for a timely delivery of all marketing tacticsReview work before delivery for quality control When necessary, manage external resources and/or project budgets if external resources are neededIdentifies and ladders up potential client issues

Qualifications:

At least 5 years of marketing agency experience with 3+ managing and overseeing marketing teams and projects interfacing directly with clientsDemonstrates a strong working knowledge of the advertising industry including trends and best practicesDemonstrates a strong working knowledge of clients’ industries including notable news and current eventsIs articulate in front of clients regarding the creative, media and digital strategies being recommended and implemented by the agency.A driven, self-motivated approach to workEnthusiastic and passionate about digital and inbound marketingProven proficiency in project managementProven skills in managing and developing and communicating the strategy and tactics of digital marketing campaignsAbility to possess and balance the big picture with the tactical details of daily activities and projectsStrategic and consultative while also have strong attention to detailStrong communication and excellent interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of the complex marketing/advertising landscape and how to bring together cohesive teams and programs to drive results

Compensation:

$80,000 to $95,000 annually based on experience
