This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving client success, managing cross-functional agency relationships, and overseeing the financial health of assigned accounts. What You'll Do Lead strategy and day-to-day management across key accounts, ensuring work is aligned with client business goalsBuild and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships — including navigating difficult conversations when neededCollaborate closely with Creative, Media, Digital, and Insights teams to deliver cohesive, insight-driven workManage account budgets, develop scopes of work, and monitor profitabilityMentor and develop direct reports, supporting their growth and daily prioritizationOwn presentations from preparation through delivery, telling a clear story grounded in strategy and outcomesProactively identify risks and opportunities, surfacing both to agency leadership and clients What You Bring 5+ years of advertising agency experience, with at least 3 years in an account leadership roleProven ability to manage teams, clients, and complex multi-disciplinary projectsStrong strategic and consultative mindset, balanced with sharp attention to detailDeep familiarity with digital marketing and integrated campaign environmentsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsA diplomatic, empathetic leadership style with the ability to read a room and adapt
