This role serves as the primary day-to-day client lead, driving account growth, overseeing cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on strategy, on budget, and on schedule. This position is located in Philadelphia and is in-person/hybrid. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary client relationship manager, building trusted partnerships and acting as a strategic advisor.Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, objectives, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform strategic recommendations.Lead integrated marketing initiatives across brand strategy, creative, digital, media, production, and campaign execution.Partner with internal strategy, creative, media, production, and finance teams to deliver high-quality, integrated solutions.Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, budgets, estimates, and resource plans while ensuring profitability and financial accountability.Create clear strategic briefs, project plans, and actionable recommendations that guide internal teams and align with client objectives.Proactively identify project risks, resolve issues, and communicate scope, budget, or timeline changes with clients and internal stakeholders.Monitor project performance through regular status meetings, quality reviews, and financial reconciliations.Identify opportunities to grow existing client relationships through additional services and strategic initiatives.Support new business efforts, including proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and pitch participation.Lead, coach, and mentor Account Executives and junior team members, fostering professional development and operational excellence.Establish efficient account workflows and ensure adherence to agency processes and best practices.Collaborate with production and media partners to manage project execution, schedules, and vendor budgets.Essential Qualifications 7+ years of experience in account management within an advertising, marketing, or integrated communications agency.Demonstrated success managing multiple client accounts and complex integrated marketing programs.Strong understanding of digital marketing, including websites, social media, email marketing, paid media, and SEO.Experience managing project scopes, budgets, forecasting, financial reconciliations, and profitability.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, or Mailchimp.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and presentation software such as Keynote; familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.Experience with agency project management or financial systems (Workamajig, Deltek WorkBook or similar) preferred.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
