Crowley Webb is looking for a full-time account supervisor to oversee multiple clients/brands while managing and mentoring a high-performing internal account service team. This role drives agency efforts in developing marketing strategies that move the needle for our clients’ businesses. Responsibilities • Serve as account lead and primary strategist between the agency and senior-level clients • Lead key client meetings and presentations, and develop effective marketing strategies • Build and nurture senior-level client relationships while providing strategic thought leadership to drive growth • Develop research-driven creative briefs and partner with analytics and media teams to guide strategy and measure campaign effectiveness • Ensure client needs are met, provide internal teams with resources, and troubleshoot major client or internal issues • Maintain a thorough understanding of clients’ industries, target audiences, goals, challenges, and competitive sets • Oversee client billing, monitor financial performance of client accounts, and provide budget forecasts to senior management • Manage and mentor junior account service staff (onboarding, training, and ongoing career guidance) • Revisit agency briefs, strategy documents, and planning process for possible improvements • Network and support agency new business efforts to increase agency visibility and develop prospect relationships
