The primary responsibility of the Account Supervisor is to provide day-to-day account support to one or more federal Clients. In this role, the individual will be immersed in the day-to-day operations of the account(s), ensuring seamless communication and project progression. • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, facilitating open and effective communication between the client and the agency. • Reporting and Analysis: Work with/support the Agency Media team(s) to monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and analysis to the client and agency teams.
