The ideal Account Supervisor (AS) is the kind of person whose organizers have organizers and who's used a RACI chart and risk register on their last three family vacations. They're a spreadsheet whiz who knows how to party (responsibly, safely, and at the appropriate time). The AS slays the boring stuff. Essential Functions Oversees all strategy development for assigned account(s), including the development of key... alliances and interactive marketing/advertising strategies that align with the client's brand and support the client's business objectives Identifies opportunities for growth within existing client accounts/brands currently managed, and presents/positions new ideas to clients on an ongoing basis Mentors and aids junior account management team members and acts as a team leader in building strong, mutually trusting relationships with our clients by ensuring excellence in delivery, clear communication, and sound strategic guidance Ensures the continuous monitoring and capturing of competitive activities, as well as the development and presentation of ad hoc and scheduled competitive reports, ensuring that all findings are grounded in actionable opportunities/recommendations With project management, is accountable for and presents ongoing financial reconciliations; establishing forecasts and ensuring that financial goals are met/exceeded Additional Functions Travel: this position requires moderate overnight/weekend travel (up to 20% based upon client and program geography) Work schedule/hours: this position requires occasional nonstandard work hours (up to 40% based upon account) in accordance with project needs, deadlines, deliverables, and urgent client requests Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Education and Experience 7-10 years' experience in account management (general advertising or interactive advertising At least 5 years' agency experience required Demonstrated ability to manage and successfully deliver multiple high-value, fast-moving projects Demonstrated ability to develop and grow meaningful relationships with both clients and internal teams Demonstrated ability to identify and act upon growth opportunities Demonstrated ability to manage/mentor junior account team members Willingness to learn with a strong interest in marketing/advertising and healthcare Salary Range:
