Demonstrate a solid understanding of budget parameters and ability to handle day-to-day budgetMaintain strong relationships with brands across a variety of verticalsLead and support the building of client presentationsDay-to-day client leader, with oversight from account director and senior managementManage team development and growth to meet the demands and expectations of clientsOversee your teams influencer marketing campaigns through VN’s proprietary platformQualifications and Skills:5+ years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer roleDeep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned, different tiers and segmentsStrong understanding of influencers and social media landscapeExperience in creating social media content and driving measurement efforts for social, digital or influencer program including calculating benchmarks, engagement rates, synthesizing dataHighly organized, with experience managing multiple clients simultaneouslyExperience working specifically with influencers on new and/or emerging platforms (Tik Tok, Twitch etc)Additional social/digital experience in content creation, social strategy or paid mediaCompensation Philosophy:At Viral Nation, compensation is structured, performance-led, and market-aligned.
