Account Supervisor - Marketing Agency

A go-getter? We are seeking a client-focused, self-motivated, exceptional account supervisor, skilled in integrated marketing programs, to join our team. If you have CPG experience, that’s a good base from which to learn, and we can teach you about fresh produce. We haven’t had the greatest luck with people who only have in-house marketing experience, but if you think you can convince us you’re the exception, what are you waiting for? • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients • Handle day-to-day activities for assigned clients • Lead team in preparing client proposals, marketing communications and strategic marketing plans, media and public relations plans • Coordinate with president/CEO, account team and creative team to select and procure outside purchases and freelance services • Prepare job estimates and proposals and present to clients for approval • Lead the development of marketing strategies, creative and content/copy • Oversee activation/execution of approved programs/jobs • Provide designers, production, media, public relations and web personnel and freelancers with well-documented input, support data and production materials to ensures project strategies and deliverables are clearly defined • Lead client meetings • Proactively monitor all aspects of job profitability • Keep apprised of clients’ brands/products/services/marketing developments • Represent the agency at industry functions—promoting the agency at every opportunity
