The work: • Work with the Account Director and internal team, and interface with clients to ensure projects are on target with objectives, budget and schedule • Establish and maintain a direct relationship with the client • Create client communications relating to purpose, rationale, needs and due dates • Facilitate communications, update status reports, participate in status meetings and issue call reports. Here’s what you'll need: • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management on the agency side, or marketing • Minimum 3 years of agency or client-side experience managing complex relationships and delivering multi-channel campaigns.
