Deerfield Account Supervisors are the critical component to the success of the Client Services team and the overall health of our client accounts. A Deerfield Account Supervisor develops and maintains strong relationships with our clients and serves as the clients’ trusted partner to effectively manage and grow their account. Responsibilities: • Independently manages a variety of project types with minimal oversight and a level of expertise where strategic solutions/recommendations are regularly being offered; effectively manages multiple client relationships spanning multiple disease categories/brands • Deeply understands and applies brand insights, customer segmentation, and target needs to scoped projects; identifies opportunities for potential organic growth within assigned clients • Regularly serves as client’s main contact with the agency on a day-to-day basis; responds to client inquiries in a timely manner; establishes trust, credibility, and respect of client • Provides strategic direction and oversight for the team(s) in terms of brand planning and client relationship management • Manage measurement, analytics, data gathering, and reporting for clients' and agency • Creates effective and well-constructed, client-ready written communications; effectively creates and delivers presentations that communicate with impact and influence; communicates with confidence and demonstrates a clear grasp and knowledge of the subject matter; owns client communications with little to no oversight • Guides and sets appropriate expectations and timelines with the clients and meets or exceeds those expectations; regularly makes recommendations and advises client what to do, doesn't ask what to do; anticipates client needs and challenges and identifies creative solutions • Develops budgets and SOWs; supports Account Director/VP in the invoicing process with finance • Finds creative solutions and negotiates project approach and timelines with internal stakeholders • MLR participation: Effectively presents concept reviews and proactively and effectively provides Deerfield’s point of view • Demonstrates leadership by coaching and guiding junior team members – is a resource for his/her peers; effectively leverages team resources, managing priorities and delegating work across the team Knowledge and Skills: • 4 - 7 years of agency account management experience, with at least 2 years of pharmaceutical advertising experience in both HCP and patient campaigns • Strong client relationship/management experience • Med/Legal submission experience • Knowledge of CRM, database management, analytics, website development and updates • Experience developing, producing, and leading multi-channel marketing solutions • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Suite • Demonstrated ability to provide actionable solutions in tactical planning • Ability to listen effectively and ask the right questions to react to and resolve issues, identify opportunities and lead; ability to read others and tailor responses to address appropriate needs • Skilled in managing budgets and developing project estimates • Sound judgment to anticipate and effectively solve challenges • Proficiency in developing and delivering presentations in PowerPoint • Demonstrated capacity to work in a team-oriented environment, as well as independently • Displays initiative as a self-starter • Strong attention to detail • Capability to travel on as-needed basis Our HR team will review your resume and experience to see if you align at a different level or possibly better align to other open positions.
