Account Supervisor, Shopper Marketing Agency

RESPONSIBILITIES Client & Account Leadership + * Act as the primary client contact and trusted advisor + * Build and expand client relationships to drive incremental revenue + * Lead client meetings, including visits to client headquarters + * Ensure contract obligations are met or exceeded + * Supervise and mentor Account Coordinators and Account Executives Strategic Planning + * Lead or support strategic planning and brainstorming sessions + * Translate client objectives into actionable marketing strategies + * Develop program recommendations aligned to sales goals and brand standards + * Identify and leverage research to support marketing plans Creative & Program Execution + * Manage the creative development process from concept to approval + * Present creative concepts to clients + * Ensure work meets brand guidelines, communication priorities, and objectives + * Oversee execution of all marketing programs, budgets, and timelines Financial Oversight + * Support Director/VP in managing account profitability + * Ensure estimates, invoicing, and billing accuracy + * Oversee account receivables and financial performance Additional Expectations + * Ability to work outside normal business hours as needed + * Collaborate effectively with internal teams, retail field teams, and clients + * Support special projects as assigned by leadershi Client & Account Leadership * QUALIFICATIONS Experience Requirement: + Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field. + Minimum 4+ years agency experience in retail or consumer packaged goods preferred.
