Account Support Representative Great Company! Growing!

This position is responsible for directly assisting the Account Managers in project completion for our clients. While the Account Managers are the primary point of contact for our clients, the Account Support Representative plays a crucial role in customer service and client satisfaction. Beyond compiling and analyzing client web and email performance metrics for the Account Managers, the Account Support Representative primarily serves as a liaison between the Account Managers and our Graphic Design team. The position is responsible for coordinating the completion of client projects by providing the Design Team with the necessary information to properly interpret and build the clients’ requested digital assets.
