Accounting Coordinator

Responsibilities •Work directly with the digital strategist on the account, following their overarching direction, and complete tasks as requested •Share ideas and insights with Digital Strategist •Foster client relationships and regular day-to-day communication and liaison with clients •Take lead on project planning and estimating •Communicate and manage all project requirements and timelines both internally and externally •Day-to-day management of all tasks and schedules of team members across all departments for clients •Keep client projects, documents, and assets organized •Responsible for keeping accounts within scope of the contract •Pro-active leadership that encourages teams to perform to the best of their ability •Assist in the generation of accurate marketing reports and status notifications •Work with digital strategist on pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients •Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget •Using industry knowledge and skills to push clients and the team in the most productive direction to achieve their impact •Organization of gathering client feedback •Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits, and trends •Collaborate with marketing strategists and account managers to brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns •Assist in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.) Requirements •3+ years experience in professional-client relationship management •A solid background in project management or account coordination •The ability to efficiently and effectively plan and strategize •A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Effective team management capabilities •Keen attention to detail and management of budgetary restraints •Full awareness of creative processes and techniques •The ability to work as an authoritative figure in a busy team •Proven experience as a project manager or account coordinator •Thorough understanding of digital marketing elements and marketing research methods •Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools •Solid computer skills including MS Office, marketing software and applications.
