At Tower Marketing, the Accounts Team Lead works closely with agency management, Account Executives, and Team Lead peers to execute client’s strategic success plans. Additionally, the Accounts Team Lead is focused on the development and success of members of the Accounts team and furthermore the overall success and retention of Tower’s clients. • Apply technical knowledge of agency offerings and history and client insights to lead project resources, internally and externally, and proactively support the client’s project success plan. • Attend Annual Review and Pathways meetings for all Account Executive team members. • Strategic experience and knowledge of internet marketing & development projects (e.g. client goals vs. team implementations to meet those goals).
