The ideal candidate has demonstrated success acquiring new customers efficiently and at scale through detailed planning, execution, analysis, and optimization skills. **To View this Job and Apply:** Click Here **RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE** * Manage the launch, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across multiple channels including social (Facebook, Instagram), search, affiliates, influencer, display and mobile ad networks. * Oversee day- to-day relationship with managed service partners to operationalize plans according to strategic goals. * This role will report directly to the VP of Marketing and work closely with internal teammates and external partners **KEY QUALIFICATIONS** * 3+ years of digital/growth marketing experience at a direct-to-consumer e-commerce brand * Experience managing campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Ads, and other ad platforms (e.g. Twitter, Pinterest, Snapchat) * Experience launching and managing influencer programs * Strong analytical skills, including web analytics, a/b testing, conversion funnel analysis, multi channel attribution, subscription models, LTV, cohort analysis * Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills * Knowledge of working with creatives on producing necessary assets for campaigns, including timing and budgets needed for shoots and post-production * Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, switch tasks based on priority, and work under tight timelines * A positive self-starter who works well with either little instruction or very specific guidelines * A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Experience with DTC, CPG, or other similar brands * Experience managing ads in Facebook (including Power Editor) and Google Ads * A passion for social media, advertising, and latest industry trends **BENEFITS & PERKS** * Competitive Salary * Free Medical * Free Bear Products **To View this Job and Apply:** Click Here
