Key Responsibilities Owns total testing pipeline for product areas to enhance media productivity using direct marketing best practices Oversees creative requests and approvals for media development Communicates results and forecasts for media performance and identifies market trends impacting media productivity Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience managing direct-to-consumer media, specifically in strategic direct mail and / or email marketing Experience in collecting data, creating action plans, and implementing process changes Demonstrated expertise in planning and managing employees and / or external vendors Strong analytical mindset with experience in designing and measuring marketing tests
