Activity Director for Brentwood Homeowners Association

M-F POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the Summerset at Brentwood III Association (HOA) Board of Directors, the Activities Director is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and evaluating trips and activities for the Summerset III development; editing, coordinating, assembling, and publishing of the monthly newsletter; developing and maintaining the activity calendar; and managing other activities as the HOA Board directs. ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: The Activities Director must be a self-starter, have excellent communications, organizational, and customer service skills. Oversee the coordination of set-up, clean-up, and monitors as needed for Clubhouse events. Plan and coordinate all travel and day trips with approval of the Association Treasurer: 1\\. Record newsletter advertising revenues in QuickBooks and provide monthly reports to the Management Company Accounting Department, including deposits of ad funds received.
