Ad Agency Marketing Manager/Account Executive

EVR Advertising is a full-service marketing agency based in Manchester, New Hampshire, serving clients across a variety of industries. They are seeking an Account Executive to develop and execute client marketing strategies, oversee client relationships, and ensure effective delivery of agency work while exceeding client expectations.

Responsibilities

Guide marketing strategy, campaign planning and content development related to assigned senior living industry clientsCollaborating within an established account team focused on communication and being a team playerIdentify, cultivate and propose new business ideas and opportunities to clientsPrepare campaign plans, supervise tactical execution and track resultsWork with Creative and Content Teams to develop and deploy creative campaign elements, including a heavy emphasis on content development and distribution and social mediaMaintain meticulous documentation of all activities on the client’s behalf and prepare project status reports for client as neededParticipate in internal strategic and production meetings to ensure effective project managementConsistently exceed client expectations and continually maintain and improve the agency-client relationshipBecome educated and stay abreast of developments in the senior living industryKeep growing as an agency professional through ongoing professional education, stretching skill sets, celebrating successes and learning from mistakesMaintain a commitment to the ongoing improvement of presentation skills and public speakingUnderstand how the agency makes money and contribute to profitability through good business managementNetwork, connect and be a positive advocate for the agency in the community
Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field3-5 years employment experience in an advertising/marketing position is requiredAd agency and/or senior living marketing experience is highly desirableStrong knowledge of advertising and marketing trends, strategy and businessComfortable interpreting campaign metrics and making strategic recommendationsArticulate written and oral communication skillsEffective sales and customer service skillsProficiency with numbers, budgeting and ExcelAbility to present ideas, problem solve and negotiateExceptional attention to detail, organization and time managementAdequate ability to use technology, including suite of Microsoft Office programs, Zoom, A/V equipment and Adobe
