We are seeking a high-performing Sales & Marketing Consultant with a proven ability to generate and close new business for our Downtown Orlando office. We will provide 65-75% of your leads, and the ability to cultivate your own pipeline as well. Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, appointment setting, discovery, presentation, and closing Consult with business owners to assess needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions Build and maintain a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline Track all activities, opportunities, and communications within company CRM Negotiate pricing and contract terms to maximize revenue and client retention Collaborate closely with leadership (Director and VP of Growth & Marketing) to align on strategy and performance Consistently meet or exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets Proven success in inside sales, business development, or high-volume cold calling environments Experience in B2B, or software sales preferred Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and value-based selling Demonstrated ability to manage and close a full sales cycle independently Proficiency with CRM platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and market insights Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously Self-motivated, coachable, and driven to exceed performance goals A disciplined self-starter with a strong work ethic Energized by outbound prospecting and closing new business Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment Motivated by performance, growth, and earning potential
