About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Designer who brings both craft and perspective.
This is a hands-on role for someone who has spent years in the work — someone who understands not just how things look, but how they function, communicate, and connect.
You’ll work across branding, web, and digital design — helping shape visual systems, elevate client work, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
What You’ll Do
Lead design across branding, website, and marketing projectsTranslate strategy into strong, thoughtful visual solutionsDesign websites (UX/UI + visual design) with clarity and purposeCreate brand identities, systems, and supporting assetsCollaborate with project managers, developers, and video teamPresent work internally and occasionally to clientsRefine and elevate design work across all stagesHelp maintain consistency and quality across projectsYou Might Be a Great Fit If
You have 7–10+ years of experience in an agency or similar environmentYou’ve worked across branding, web, and graphic designYou understand both design systems and one-off creative executionYou can think conceptually and execute with precisionYou care about typography, layout, and detailsYou’re comfortable giving and receiving feedbackYou’re collaborative, but confident in your perspectiveYou take pride in doing work that holds up over timeBonus Points If You Have
