The Associate Director, Business Insights & Analytics will play a pivotal role in driving business performance through data-driven insights and strategic operational support. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, the role will help shape commercial strategies, improve sales force productivity, and optimize targeting and resource allocation. Primary Responsibilities: • This is a hands-on role requiring direct involvement in data analysis, reporting, and the development of actionable insights to support commercial brand strategy and execution. • Partner with Sales and business Leadership to establish territory alignments and customer targeting, applying analytical insights to enhance sales coverage and operational efficiency. • Support field teams by responding to data and reporting needs, resolving inquiries, and delivering insights to enable daily execution.
