Overview: In addition to paid media management, this position provides reporting support for the Local Marketing Program and assists with basic marketing tasks. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and driven by measurable performance outcomes. Key Responsibilities: • Paid Media Management • Partner with the Marketing Director to establish and manage advertising budgets and performance goals • Own day-to-day execution of paid digital campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, and other channels • Manage targeting, bidding strategies, budget pacing, and creative testing to drive performance • Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and optimize to scale results and improve efficiency • Test and implement new ad formats, audience segments, and messaging strategies • Deliver clear performance reporting and actionable insights to the Marketing Director Benefits: • MEC Plan • 401(k)
