Job Title: Ad Certification Specialist / Ad Verification Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Ad Certification Specialist to review and verify advertising content to ensure compliance with platform policies, quality standards, and safety guidelines.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to review high volumes of content accurately in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in content moderation, trust & safety operations, ad review, or policy enforcement within digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Review advertisements, creatives, and associated URLs to ensure compliance with advertising policies and platform standards.
• Perform accurate and consistent content reviews while meeting productivity and quality targets.
• Identify harmful, sensitive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
• Apply policy guidelines to make fair and consistent review decisions.
• Monitor trends and emerging risks across advertising content.
• Escalate complex or high-risk cases with proper documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including policy, operations, and engineering teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report system issues impacting review workflows.
• Maintain detailed case documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• Manage review queues independently while prioritizing workload effectively.

Required Qualifications
• Experience in Ad Review, Content Moderation, Trust & Safety, or Policy Enforcement
• Strong attention to detail and analytical decision-making skills
• Ability to interpret policies and work through ambiguous situations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable reviewing sensitive or complex online content
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume review environment
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience reviewing digital advertisements or online marketplace content
• Familiarity with advertising ecosystems (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.)
• Experience using moderation or internal review tools
• Knowledge of online trends, digital culture, and internet safety practices
• Experience working with global teams across time zones
• Bilingual candidates preferred
