We're seeking an Ad Creative Lead who can transform educational content and scientific messaging into scroll-stopping, high-converting ad creative for Meta and TikTok. Core Responsibilities Creative Production (60%) • Transform existing content (video footage, testimonials, product demos, educational material) into high-performing Meta and TikTok ads (both static and video) • Edit and optimize affiliate-generated content with minor adjustments to maintain brand compliance while maximizing conversion potential • Produce 15-30+ ad variations per week across multiple campaigns and product lines • Adapt creative across formats: in-feed ads, stories, reels, static images, carousels Required Skills & Experience Must-Haves • 2+ years creating performance-driven ad creative for Meta and/or TikTok (preferably DTC brands) • Proven track record of high-converting ads (share your winners in your application) • Video editing proficiency (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar) • Graphic design skills for static ads (Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar) • Data-driven mindset—you live in the metrics and let performance guide decisions • Fast execution speed without sacrificing quality • Portfolio demonstrating both static and video ad work Strongly Preferred • Experience in health/wellness, supplements, or "sensitive" product categories requiring compliance awareness • Understanding of UGC (user-generated content) style ads and creator-led content • Familiarity with conspiracy-theory or alternative health marketing approaches • Experience working with affiliate or influencer-generated content • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies and creative iteration frameworks • How do you approach turning "boring" educational content into compelling ads?
