We create and scale high-converting ad creatives for Facebook and Instagram, and we need a detail-oriented, results-driven Ad Creative Manager to take ownership of our paid social ad production and performance. This is not a marketing strategy role-it's about creative execution, testing, and iteration. Your job is to lead creative production, manage the content pipeline, and ensure we are continuously testing and optimizing ad creatives to improve performance. As the Ad Creative Manager, you will be directly responsible for managing our ad creative process from concept to production to performance analysis. You'll lead a small but growing creative team-including our Video Editors and Content Producers-to ensure a steady flow of high-quality ad creatives for our paid social campaigns.
