Ad Creative Specialist

Full Time — Onsite in Costa Mesa, CA Salary: TBD Role overviewWe’re hiring a full-time, on-site Ad Creative Specialist to develop high-performing paid media creative that captures attention, drives clicks, and converts customers. Key responsibilitiesDevelop ad creative concepts, hooks, headlines, and calls to action for paid social campaigns.Create and adapt visual assets and copy for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, and other performance marketing platforms.Collaborate with design, photography, product, and marketing teams to produce conversion-focused creative.Build multiple creative variations for A/B and multivariate testing.Analyze ad performance and use results to refine messaging, visuals, and CTAs.Write and test ad copy designed to increase CTR, CVR, and ROAS.Manage creative production schedules, briefs, and asset libraries.Ensure brand consistency while optimizing for performance and engagement.Support creative strategy for prospecting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns. Qualifications2+ years of experience in ad creative, performance marketing, digital marketing, or related creative roles.Strong understanding of paid social formats, ad best practices, and platform-specific creative requirements.Experience creating creative that includes strong hooks, offers, CTAs, and conversion-driven messaging.Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other paid media platforms.Ability to work closely with designers and photographers to bring ideas to life.Analytical mindset with experience using testing and performance data to improve results.Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.Experience in e-commerce, athletic, fitness, or accessories brands is a plus.
