Since launching in January 2023, our flagship daily newsletter and social media channels engage with millions of people each day, and our AI University gets hands‑on and educates thousands of members how to use the tools that are quickly becoming a part of daily work. ❤️ About the role Key Responsibilities • Own the creative pipeline for Meta ads: ideas → briefs → scripts → concepts → iterations • Produce and iterate creatives weekly (UGC style, statics, motion, direct‑response edits, hooks, angles) • Run competitor research and maintain a “swipe file” of angles, offers, and creative patterns • Work closely with Growth team to review performance and decide what to iterate next • Write or refine ad copy, hooks, and messaging to match the angle and audience segment • Build a repeatable creative testing system so winners scale and fatigue is managed • (Bonus) Help run or optimize Meta campaigns and understand what makes creative perform Our ideal candidate • Has proven experience creating direct‑response ad creatives (Meta experience strongly preferred) • Understands performance creative at a deep level (hooks, angles, pacing, fatigue, iteration) • Research‑obsessed: you actively study competitors and market behavior • Comfortable using data to make creative decisions (not just opinions) • Can move fast and ship a high volume without sacrificing quality • Bonus: experience running Meta ads, reading ad account data, and optimizing campaigns • Excited about AI and knows how to translate the value into compelling, non‑hype creative What we offer • Be a key part of a leading global AI media and education company, shaping the future of AI implementation and impacting millions of businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, creators, and tech professionals. • A fast‑paced work environment surrounded by a team excited and passionate about the future of AI.
