This is a full-time role for a Client Success Manager at Trailblaze Marketing. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to customer satisfaction and retention, relationship building, developing marketing plans and coordinating production with our team of in-house specialists. While based in our beautiful office in Downtown Providence, we offer a hybrid model of remote + in-person work.
