Ad Operations Analyst

Babylist is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to launch ad's across owned and offsite channels including email, social media, influencer sponsorships, podcasts, and emerging advertising platforms.

Babylist is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist to manage direct media campaigns across a suite of advertising products, and oversee the CRM system. You are excited about rolling up your sleeves to directly manage campaigns and dig into the data behind them. Ultimate success in this role is running high-performing campaigns, efficiently managing tasks, and pulling accurate and detailed reporting. You will collaborate primarily with the Partnerships Team, while working cross-functionally with Design, Growth Marketing, Content/Editorial, and Finance/Accounting. This role will report to the Director of Revenue Operations.
Who You Are
35 years of experience in ad operations and inventory management, with a track record of supporting revenue growth.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple channels, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with experience in ad ops and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, GA, Excel, Sigma, Looker, Indicative).
This individual will own campaign execution from setup through reporting, ensuring successful delivery, optimization, pacing, and revenue generation. The person will partner closely with Partnerships, Media Strategy, CRM, Brand, Affiliate, Editorial, and Finance teams to support sponsored advertising products and expand Babylist's monetization offerings.
This role is ideal for someone with a background in ad operations, media operations, paid social execution, influencer campaign management, or marketing operations who enjoys both hands-on execution and performance analysis.
1. Media / Ad Operations (Campaign trafficking/Campaign execution/QA and troubleshooting/Delivery pacing/Inventory management/Campaign reporting)
2. Paid Social Operations (Meta Ads Manager/TikTok Ads/YouTube campaign boosting/Audience targeting/Campaign optimization)
3. Email & CRM Monetization (Sponsored email campaigns / Newsletter placements /CRM coordination /Email inventory management /Performance reporting)
4. Analytics & Reporting (Excel/Google Analytics/Looker/Sigma/Dashboard maintenance/Campaign insights)
5. Influencer & Partnership Campaign Management (Influencer sponsorship execution/Creator boosting/Allowlisting/Social sponsorships/Podcast sponsorships)

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
