Job Highlights • Work with Top Tier Clients • Ad Platforms: Amazon, Google, Meta, Apple • Analytics: Adobe and Google. Key Responsibilities: • Setup and execution of performance campaigns across Amazon SEM, Social and Display/Programmatic • On-going optimization to achieve client’s KPI target • Effectively manage campaign budget spend by implementing relevant bidding strategies and keeping track of budget pacing, updating the strategy, and troubleshoot accordingly • Proactively identity initiatives and opportunities for your market, aligned against local market KPIs • Lead the coordination, preparation, and execute multi-channel strategies • Produce and develop reports on monthly campaign performance, audiences, creative analysis, and cross channel attribution - update client performance reports, analyze and format data, supply insights and commentary • Be at the forefront overall Performance Marketing knowledge by keeping up to date with industry news and developments • Have an understanding of the various digital media channels (Amazon, SEM, Display, Programmatic, Social Media) and the potential for them in your clients marketing activity • Work with our Account Leads to ensure that: • Campaigns / projects timelines, cost estimates, schedules and forecasts are accurately developed and adhered to • Campaigns are set up and optimized in the correct way, according to brief and best practices. Requirements: • 1-3 years relevant, hands-on campaign management experience (SEM, Social & Display/Programmatic) • Expertise on Google Ads, Facebook Ad Manager and Amazon Ads • Familiar with Google Marketing Platforms (e.g. SA360, DV360, Campaign Manager) • Digital media planning and buying with relevant qualification from Google, Meta and Amazon Ads • Excellent knowledge and passion for digital and strong technical skills • Strong client-facing skills: understanding client needs, maintaining relationships, building partnerships • Communicates effectively at all levels, both up and down • Demonstrates honesty and integrity, Analytical and strategic mindset • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail • Able to work in under pressure environment and resolve client issues • Flexible to work collaboratively across teams • Candidate with more experience shall be considered for Digital Performance Media Specialist • US Citizenship Required What We Offer • Fun & Young Team with an Awesome Food Court • Office Located in Paramus • Well Stocked Pantry with Healthy Options and Snacks • Team Building • 5 day work • Performance bonus • Private Medical Insurance • Opportunity to learn new techniques & tools • A Part of a Global Agency for Global Exposure to Clients
