About the Role As an Ad Operations Lead, you'll be responsible for managing and optimizing ad operations processes to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to identify areas for improvement and implement strategic solutions to drive client growth and revenue. Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance ad operations efficiency and effectiveness* Manage and optimize ad operations workflows to ensure timely and accurate campaign execution* Collaborate with internal teams to develop cutting-edge media assets that meet client needs* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve ad operations performance and results* Identify opportunities for cost savings and recommend strategic solutions to improve client ROI Requirements • 3+ years of experience in ad operations or a related field* Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices* Excellent organization, tactical, analytical/data management, Excel, and communication skills* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team* Passion for eCommerce and ongoing learning
