Ad Operations Manager

This leader will monitor operations performance and technical aspects of the water only and water-ice refill stations to create a safe and efficient work environment. • Evaluate employee performance and/or identify technical and performance training opportunities to ensure Company standards are met. • Ensure the market employees follow all safety protocols. • Strong leadership and team building skills • Ability to balance hands-on with oversight duties • Well-developed written and oral communication skills • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Team player with positive attitude • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • Intermediate electrical, maintenance or similar skills preferred • Ability to operate standard office equipment • Clean motor vehicle record with a valid driver license • Ability to work required schedule and to work on-call for rotating weekends and evenings • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds • Capable of climbing ladders, walking, standing, stooping and bending • Able to work safely in limited space inside water and water-ice refill stations • Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions • Ability to safely operate a motor vehicle
