Key Responsibilities Manage the Ad Operations team, ensuring effective trafficking, delivery, and optimization of campaigns Collaborate with various teams to translate sales strategies into executable campaigns and monitor performance for optimizations Oversee end-to-end campaign reporting, invoicing, and resolve discrepancies for accurate revenue recognition Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Strong understanding of ad serving technologies and terminology across Direct and Programmatic channels Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related discipline is a plus
