As a Manager of Ad Operations, you'll lead a team of talented Ad Operations Specialists responsible for the execution, optimization, and quality assurance of programmatic advertising campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Performance Strategy and Operations, you'll oversee campaign management across various programmatic channels and tactics, while driving operational excellence, efficiency, and innovation. You'll manage people and processes, advocate for operational needs with internal teams, and implement scalable systems that enhance campaign quality and delivery. Team Leadership & Development • Manage, coach, and mentor a team of Ad Operations Specialists, fostering continuous learning, accountability, collaboration, and innovation. What You'll Bring to the Table • Minimum of 6 years of experience in programmatic advertising with at least 3 years in a people management role.
