We are focused on making it easier and more fun for people to talk and hang out before, during, and after playing games.This position is US based only.We are looking for an Ad Operations Manager to join as an early member of our sales and client success organization of the new Game Advertising and Marketing Solution business line at Discord. This role will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimization of client ad campaigns on Discord. Develop the strategies and plans to execute, optimize and monitor digital ad campaigns on Discord based on client needs – including determining best ways to stage and traffic campaigns, gather creative assets, and implement ad tags and tracking. Work cross-functionally with Account Managers, Product Managers, and technical teams to determine best ways to optimize campaign outcomes and maximize ROI for clients – including technical troubleshooting and problem solving, as well A/B testing of messaging, creative, and targeting. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level.
