Ad Operations, Media Specialist 5003

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (PSC Office) Schedule: 25–30 hours per week | Hybrid (Tues–Thurs in office, Mon/Fri remote flexibility) Duration: Contract through end of year (6–9 months) Campaign Execution & Coordination • Support the execution of digital and media campaigns by coordinating campaign assets and timelines with the media agency • Ensure assets are delivered accurately and on schedule to meet campaign launch deadlines • Track campaign deliverables across multiple media channels and platforms Qualifications • 3+ years of experience in ad operations, digital marketing coordination, or media campaign management • Experience working with media agencies or managing campaign asset delivery • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with marketing project management tools or production calendars preferred
