Joining a dynamic media team, the full-time Ad Operations Specialist will implement and launch online media programs, troubleshoot ad delivery issues, and support account management efforts in a hybrid remote setting. Key responsibilities: Implement and launch various online media programs, including web, mobile, and video ads Troubleshoot online ad delivery and performance issues to ensure successful campaign execution Act as a liaison between Sales/Account Management, Product, Marketing, Editorial, and Finance teams Required qualifications: Familiarity with Google Ad Manager (DFP/GAM) or willingness to learn Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript or eagerness to acquire these skills Professional attitude with a strong willingness to learn new concepts Detail-oriented with a logical mindset, enjoying problem-solving within structured systems Ability to remain patient and composed in high-pressure situations
