Ad Operations Specialist

We're looking for an Ad Operations Specialist with advanced technical expertise in conversion tracking, campaign management, and performance reporting to join our growing team. Build and maintain advanced conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tagging solutionsImplement and audit event-based tracking, custom conversions, and audience pixels to ensure data accuracy and completenessTroubleshoot tracking issues using browser-based debugging tools, GTM preview mode, and platform diagnosticsSupport first-party data strategies and assist with integration of CRM or offline conversion data into ad platforms 2-5 years of experience in ad operations within an agency environmentAdvanced proficiency in conversion tracking and tag management, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/Conversions APIHands-on experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable toolsFamiliarity with programmatic platforms and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) is a strong plusStrong understanding of digital attribution models and multi-touch measurementExceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneouslyBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, information systems, or a related field At MassMedia, we pride ourselves on hiring top talent and we work hard to provide benefits that make our team members' lives better.
