As we continue to grow, we are seeking a mid-level Ad Operations Specialist to help manage and optimize our ad delivery and revenue performance.Role OverviewAs an Ad Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital ad campaigns across our CTV ecosystem. You will collaborate with internal teams, ad tech partners, and advertisers to ensure smooth campaign delivery, troubleshoot issues, and drive revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimize programmatic and direct-sold ad campaigns across Whale TV’s CTV inventory.Work closely with DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges to maximize fill rates and CPMs.Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and implement optimizations.Ensure compliance with industry standards (ads.txt, app-ads.txt, VAST, OpenRTB, etc.
