Ad Operations Specialist

Managing and optimizing paid advertising accounts for PT and chiropractic practice clients, the full-time Ad Operations Specialist will work remotely to enhance campaign performance through proactive adjustments, ad creative development, and effective communication with the Customer Success team. Key responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of client Facebook and Google ad accounts, making adjustments to improve results and lower cost per lead (CPL) Develop and refresh ad creatives, conducting A/B tests and monitoring performance to ensure optimal engagement Communicate account status and performance updates to the Customer Success team, addressing any technical issues promptly Required qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook and/or Google Ads accounts for clients Proven track record of improving KPIs across paid social and search campaigns Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Experience in writing ad copy and producing creative assets Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple accounts effectively
