We are seeking an ambitious Ad Ops Assistant Coordinator eager to jump in and make a difference in our growing company. You will report to our Cross Channel Digital Manager and will support the media and account teams. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Traffic and QC client creative assets • Assist the Ad Ops team in supporting media and account teams • Update reports with campaign information and support presentation compilation • Assist the Media team in compiling post-analytic data and post-reports • Manage advertising opportunity requests • Assist with Digital media partnership communication • Traffic instruction management (e.g.) DCM • Tracking Tags • Digital Invoice approval • Pulling Reports • Review order management system, targeting instructions, campaign assets and implementation within the ad server as part of monitoring the accuracy of campaign launches as part of the Ad Operation's trafficking and execution process • Organize metrics to pinpoint process-related inefficiencies, measure accuracy, and celebrate the Ad Ops teams success rates • Collaborate with the Account team to ensure all aspects of campaign planning and setup, management, and creative implementation are upheld with efficient processes • Set, manage, and train on process requirements for improved efficiencies (trafficking, implementation, and escalation processes) • Perform other duties as assigned This is the pay range Bloom Ads reasonably expects it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
