📝 Rquirements:
- We are looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in online ad trafficking.
- We prefer a candidate with an analytical background and at least 6 months of internship or professional experience in analytics, ideally within advertising or marketing.
- We value experience with Google Ad Manager, along with exposure to FreeWheel or similar ad server platforms.
- We need strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, Flash, and JavaScript.
- We are seeking excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities.
- We need someone who can juggle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- We require strong written and verbal communication skills.
- We want someone who is comfortable working directly with clients and cross-functional internal teams.
- We prefer a BA or BS degree.
- We are looking for a self-starter who can take initiative and drive projects with limited oversight.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are:
- We implement and oversee digital advertising campaigns from launch through completion.
- We handle daily ad scheduling, placement, and campaign updates in FreeWheel and our proprietary ad server, Madhive.
- We monitor campaign delivery end to end and make optimizations when needed.
- We partner with Sales to support successful campaign execution.
- We work with Yield Management to help maintain margins.
- We review daily performance reports to identify issues, discrepancies, and operational concerns.
- We prepare and edit HTML used to track ad creative.
- We troubleshoot targeting problems, traffic issues, and reporting variances.
- We QA VAST tags and MP4 files to ensure they meet specifications.
- We provide prompt, concise follow-up and act quickly to meet deadlines.
- We manage our own workload and schedule to stay efficient and organized.
- We may perform ad operations tasks during weekends or after hours when needed.
