We are looking for an Ad Ops Specialist to join our team. This role is based in Jacksonville, Florida, and offers a short-term contract employment opportunity. As an Ad Ops Specialist, you will be responsible for executing paid digital advertising campaigns, analyzing their performance, and managing digital vendor relationships.Responsibilities:• Execute paid digital advertising campaigns on various platforms such as Google AdWords, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and others as needed.• Manage digital vendor relationships and execute third-party ad buys.• Monitor live digital advertising campaigns to ensure they align with the client’s marketing plan goals and metrics.• Adjust campaign bids and segmentations to drive impressions and ROAS goals.• Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements to ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting to optimize performance.• Manage digital ad accounts to ensure accuracy of reporting, security of information, and relevancy of ads.• Implement conversion pixel set-up and tracking and liaise with Account Services and Web Development to ensure all ads are tagged properly for reporting/attribution purposes.• Support cross-departmental projects and overall division projects when required.• Meet professional obligations through efficient work habits such as meeting deadlines, honoring scheduled commitments, and demonstrating respect for others.• Execute any ad-hoc requirements from management.• Use CRM and Database systems to maintain accurate customer records and resolve customer inquiries.• Utilize Google Ads, Google AdWords, Facebook Insights, and other tools for campaign planning and analytics.• Work with Design teams to ensure creative assets are optimized for brand awareness and campaign success.
