Bauer Entertainment Marketing is seeking a hands-on, data-driven Ad Ops Specialist to execute, monitor, optimize, and scale paid advertising campaigns across digital and traditional platforms for our music, sports, and entertainment clients. The Ad Ops Specialist will also compile and analyze performance data, prepare clear reports, and collaborate with account managers and creative teams to ensure campaigns align with client goals. Ensure all assets meet specifications and are delivered on schedule.Coordinate asset delivery and trafficking for TV, radio, display, video, and DOOH, ensuring compliance with specs and deadlines.Collaborating with Project Managers to build campaign performance reports with a heavy focus on evaluating sales attribution data and campaign returns.Oversee campaign builds completed by internal teams and provide quality assurance, ensuring proper structure, targeting, tracking, budget pacing, and creative alignment.Reconcile media spend and vendor invoices, ensure accuracy and transparencyExpert-level written and oral communication skills.
