Ad Policy Manager, Advertising Trust Policy

As a member of Advertising Trust's Policy & Integrity team, you'll work across Amazon business lines to shape customer experience through policy work. Our team combines extensive online advertising experience and policy acumen with expertise in customer experience solutions, risk mitigation, and brand integrity. Develop and manage policies, including risk rationale, policy text, and data monitoring, Present policy risks to internal stakeholders through high-quality written communications to build understanding and consensus Create business requirement documents to product teams to solve for policy risks Foster collaborative relationships across Ad Trust Policy teams, Sales, Legal, PR, Public Policy, and other business units Support high-risk and high-impact escalations with moderation and tiered support teams Develop comprehensive understanding of ad tech systems, particularly Amazon's infrastructure, to inform policy work Los Angeles County applicants: Job duties for this position include: work safely and cooperatively with other employees, supervisors, and staff; adhere to standards of excellence despite stressful conditions; communicate effectively and respectfully with employees, supervisors, and staff to ensure exceptional customer service; and follow all federal, state, and local laws and Company policies.
