Ad Production Designer

To support a fast-moving growth team, the part-time hourly Ad Production Designer will produce ad variations using existing Figma templates, ensuring polished and on-brand outputs for 30+ higher education partners in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Produce ad variations across static formats based on creative briefs using existing Figma templates Iterate on existing ads by resizing, adapting, and adjusting layouts to meet brand requirements Review and QA output for accuracy in typography and spacing while managing multiple projects efficiently Required qualifications Solid Figma skills with a focus on layer naming, component structure, and file hygiene Experience producing social media ads in a performance marketing or agency context Ability to work from briefs that may not be perfectly specified and ask the right questions Fast and organized, capable of managing multiple active projects simultaneously Proficiency in producing simple animated statics and short-form motion treatments for social media
