In This Role You Will • Be responsible for global monitoring and management of inbound Ad Quality-related tickets from sellers via our ticketing system in Salesforce; while limited, this includes weekends and holidays • Proactively monitor and manage our third-party screening systems • Maintain ongoing quality assurance support for clients by ensuring all live ads are functioning properly and adhere to Magnite and client standards • Own advertiser vetting and classification across all Magnite platforms • Develop strong working relationships and effectively communicate with internal and external teams • Support team projects as assigned, such as advertiser database cleanup and block lift opportunities • Execute onboarding quality checks, vetting prospective DSP partners from a quality/risk perspective • Serve as a liaison with the Product team, testing for brand protection initiatives • Educate key stakeholders on guidelines, resources, and optimization tactics • Support business units in advertiser quality-related industry initiatives Company Culture About Us
