About the position Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights. Provide weekly updates on global Ad Sales performance, impact and upcoming initiatives Project manage deployment of programs / initiatives / sales motions in each region and communicate progress and business impact Own metrics and content for monthly / quarterly business reviews to client sales leadership team Extract wins, key learnings and actionable insights from data and effectively communicate to sales leadership and Global Ad Sales Program Manager Bring regional Ad Sales managers together to share best practices and learnings Proactively identify areas for improvement, be able to put together an actionable plan, align resources / stakeholders, and communicate progress while delivering on the plan Ensure the Ad Sales teams in all 8 regions meet their key performance objectives and function-level OKRsCreate, own and update training materials to ensure new Performance Consultants and Leads are set up for successEnsure that regional Ad Sales processes are executed within global operation standards, communicating any priorities, program changes and expectations with regional Ad Sales managers and holding them accountable to regional executionEnsure regional Ad Sales teams execute on global sales initiatives driven by the Global Ad Sales Program Manager and ensure all regional Ad Sales teams are aware of initiative timelines, expectations, resources, etc.Provide weekly updates on global Ad Sales performance, impact and upcoming initiativesProject manage deployment of programs / initiatives / sales motions in each region and communicate progress and business impactOwn metrics and content for monthly / quarterly business reviews to client sales leadership teamExtract wins, key learnings and actionable insights from data and effectively communicate to sales leadership and Global Ad Sales Program ManagerBring regional Ad Sales managers together to share best practices and learningsProactively identify areas for improvement, be able to put together an actionable plan, align resources / stakeholders, and communicate progress while delivering on the planRequirements
