Ad Sales & Sponsorships Strategist

Leverage industry and internal knowledge to bridge FloSports’ creative capabilities and offerings to our prospects marketing objectives Lead the entire RFP process from intake + initial brainstorm to final submission and any subsequent revisions Maintain solid knowledge of industry standards, and proactively seek out new media and sponsorship opportunities across FloSports, leveraging market research and competitive analysis Develop RFP responses, leveraging target market research data, performance data, custom mocks, and effective storytelling to deliver a custom program that meets client needs Leverage 1st and 3rd party data sources to help drive client conversations forward and enhance sales materials Maintain knowledge of FloSports internal content offerings ranging from O&O Events, activations, podcasts/shows and content executions/plans Work directly with the Integrated Partnerships sales team to generate proactive collateral for clients and agencies, including but not limited to: case studies, one-sheets, media kits, 101 decks, custom pitch decks, etc. Leverage design knowledge for development of sales assets and proposal presentations Act as the liaison between the sales org and multiple departments including content, marketing, design, production vetting and brainstorming advertising solutions Utilize sales lead generation platforms to identify partner prospects and leads for sales team Generate media plans, recommending ad placements and content channels based on client’s campaign objectives Assist in the development of media, branded content and sponsorship pricing 2-4 years of experience within sport industry around sponsorship development, sales strategy development and digital media Demonstrate the ability to develop creative ideas and solutions Knowledgeable in the sports sponsorship industry, with insights into recent spending trends and opportunities Experienced in proposing, planning, evaluating, or pitching marketing campaigns Experienced using 3rd party audience measurement platforms (comScore, Nielson, Quantcast, Google Analytics, etc.) We believe that a diverse, inclusive workplace—one where different perspectives are sought out, heard, and valued—is essential to building a company that can truly serve the full spectrum of sports fans.
